Инструкция:
1) Скачайте архив по ссылке(-кам) из текстового файла.
2) Распакуйте скачанный архив и поместите туда файл Telegram.exe (нет в архиве, нужно скачать с официального сайта). Т.е. папка tdata и файл Telegram.exe должны лежать в ОДНОМ каталоге
Во избежание непредвиденных проблем используйте самую последнюю версию Телеграм.
3) Запускаем Telegram.exe и пользуемся аккаунтом

Перед запуском убедиться, что в диспетчере задач не был открыт другой процесс телеграма, если открыт, то завершить все процессы

Вход осуществлять с чистого приватногопрокси(идеально — мобильного)
Не пользоваться бесплатными сервисами для смены IP
Не заходить в несколько аккаунтов под одним IP
